The facility will store and protect both military and non-military data and is designed to be water neutral. The project is in the process of finalizing a 50-year Enhanced Use Lease, with the U.S. Army retaining full ownership of the land. Carlyle will be the lead developer overseeing engineering, permitting, stakeholder engagement, and construction. The U.S. Army aims for an initial operating condition by Fiscal Year 2027, pending completion of a ground lease and a full environmental assessment. |
