Fort Bragg Grocery Outlet Construction

under construction

Construction has officially started on a new 16,000-square-foot Grocery Outlet in Fort Bragg, California. The project involves redeveloping a former county social services property into a modern grocery retail store to serve local residents and surrounding rural populations. Early construction includes mitigation measures such as sound control barriers to minimize impact on nearby residential areas. The project followed a multi-year approval process including legal and coastal planning review and is expected to be completed in roughly 12 months with an opening planned for spring 2027.
