Description | The Fort Bragg Homestead modernization program is a multi-year initiative led by Corvias to upgrade military housing infrastructure, improve energy efficiency, and enhance the quality of life for service members. Since 2003, Corvias has led $2 billion in privatized housing investments at Fort Bragg. The latest improvements began in January 2025, including upgrades to 150 homes with new roofing and flooring, wellness enhancements in 45 homes, and installation of high-efficiency geothermal heating and cooling systems in 1,913 homes. |
