Description | Corvias is progressing on its Homestead modernization program at Fort Bragg, which includes upgrades to military housing infrastructure, energy efficiency improvements, and enhancements to service member quality of life. Since 2003, Corvias has led $2 billion in privatized housing investments at Fort Bragg. The current phase began in January 2025 and includes upgrades to 150 homes with new roofing and flooring, wellness enhancements in 45 homes with advanced air, water, light, and humidity controls, and the installation of high-efficiency geothermal heating and cooling systems in 1,913 homes. |
