It entails the Four Laning of Aligarh-Kanpur section from km 356.000 (Design chainage 373.085) to Km 414.000 (Design chainage 433.728) (Package-V from Mitrasen-Kanpur) of NH-91 in the State of UJttar Pradesh. Sponsor is PNC Bithur Kanpur Highways, a PNC Infratech subsidiary, with an equity amount of $44 million. The government provided support is $100 million. Debt provider is Axis bank, which provides $106 million. The concession period is 17.5 years.
