Description
Description | The Four Seasons hotel chain has secured a location in Marbella for a large-scale luxury beachfront project. Immobel and Fort Partners have purchased the land, marking a decisive milestone. The project includes a flagship hotel with over 100 rooms, flats, houses, villas, two beach clubs, dining options, sports and wellness facilities, and cultural and educational amenities on 32 hectares with approximately 750 metres of beachfront access. The master plan was developed by a prestigious international team including Meier Partners. The project is at an advanced urban planning stage, with the partial plan in effect and the urban development framework substantially completed. The next steps focus on obtaining building permits, with sales scheduled to begin in 2027. |
