The work to be done consists, in general, of installing a new traffic signal, reconstructing the pavement, and widening the intersection of Fowler Avenue and Olive Avenue. The work will also include signing, striping, and pavement marking. Existing water and sewer facilities will need to be relocated and/or adjusted to grade.
