Description | A $70 million residential and commercial development project approved by De Pere's Common Council. The seven-story complex will be located along the eastern edge of the Fox River, just north of the Claude Allouez Bridge, on the 100 block of S Broadway. It includes 33 condominiums for ownership, 12 two-story condos along the waterfront, up to 21 condo units on the top floor, and 165 market-rate apartments. The development will also feature 255 interior parking spaces, pedestrian-focused outdoor spaces, and potential for three to four new retail or restaurant establishments. The city will use tax increment financing to help cover some project costs, with construction aimed to start by the end of the year. |
