FR EMN NCP grant application for 2019-2020 The FR EMN NCP consists of 3 persons working full time, and another staff member working one month per year. The head of the Departement of Statistics and Studies and FR representative at the EMN steering board will also work one month per year. The FR NCP also recruits trainees to undertake specific missions. The FR NCP has developed onver the years a broad national and European network composed of other administrations, researchers, think tanks, NGOs, international organizations, etc. The FR NCP organizes one national conference every year along with other events dedicated to specific studies, informs, policy briefs or ad hoc queries overview and drafts quaterly its Newsletter to inform its network of the EMN news and outputs.
