ongoing

FRALITA FILMS very active production Company in Lithuania and already known in European market for international cooperation, having made 12 films (features and documentaries) awarded nationally and internationally, screened across all media platforms: cinema, TV, VOD, plans a diverse Mini-Slate of 3 fiction features, each targeting a very particular audience: feature drama SAND IN YOUR HAIR targeting silver audience and opening the discussion on the aging and elder people position in the society, film for children I'M GOING TO CHANGE THE WORLD for young audiences, and feature drama THE BATON, a story about a fateful meeting, about a coincidence that leads to insight into someone else's pain and pierces the heart. Also this slate will include short documentary film LIFE IS A BEAUTIFUL GAME (SOUL THERAPY). The selection also represents a diversification in terms of geographical focus and collaborators for projects initiated by Fralita Films. It aims to build on the company’s success with co-production work, bringing fresh stories into the global marketplace of content and ideas. We firmly believe that the projects, teams and talent that FRALITA FILMS has brought together have stories that must be told. These filmmakers and projects speak to the most important and relevant issues of the day and will undoubtedly find a receptive audience far beyond the borders of the Baltics. Strengthening and initiating trans-national relationships with both low production capacity members and more-developed film industries are key to making that a reality.
