Fraser Valley - Regional District Electoral Area B - Yale Community Park

The project will construct the first public park in the community of Yale in the Fraser Valley Regional District. The new park will serve as a meeting place, connection to trail heads to encourage outdoor activity. The project is the first community park in Yale, will provide washrooms and outdoor recreation space for the community. The project works include: - construction of a washroom building including electrical, plumbing and potable water supply; - installation of a septic system; - installation of a picnic area including tables, garbage and recycling cans; - construction of a gravel trail around the perimeter of the park; - landscaping and fencing; - gravel parking lot with approx. 5 spaces; and, - all related works.
