The project includes 1,049 new residential units with 513 affordable units, nearly 5 acres of public open space, retail, dining, a daycare center, a food market, a museum dedicated to democracy, a community center, and two world-class hotels featuring modern gaming options for guests 21 and over. The development is built entirely with union labor and aims to create 17,000 high-quality union jobs during construction and operations, with a total economic impact supporting nearly 40,000 jobs. |
