Frisco's 1,000-acre Grand Park

planned

Grand Park is a 1,000-acre public park in Frisco, Texas, planned to stretch across the Dallas North Tollway west to Lake Lewisville and FM 423. The park will be organized into five sections: Civic Park, Adventure Play, Sports Park, Botanic Gardens, and a general section with multi-use nature trails. Phase one will feature Civic Park with a 5-acre pond, amphitheater, and sculpture garden, while phase two will include Frisco's first nature center. Design and construction plans are expected to be finalized in early 2026, with construction beginning soon thereafter and initial phases potentially completed by the second quarter of 2027.
