The project involves the design, build, operation and management of an outdoor recreation facility at the Adirondack Mountains. The project location is at New York’s former Frontier Town theme park in the town of North Hudson, NY.The project will include:A campground and day use areaEquestrian camping and trail riding areaVisitor Information Center to introduce visitors to the world class recreation destinations in the Adirondack ParkEvent center with tourist accommodationsInteractive exhibits in historic structures highlighting the past, present, and future of the Adirondack forest products and local food industriesArea along Route 9 for potential commercial development, including amenities compatible with the remainder of the Site’s recreational uses. These may include hotels, restaurants, breweries, parking, and other developments.
