Frontier Valley Silicon Valley 2.0 at Alameda Point

Proposed

An aspiring entrepreneur, James Ingallinera, proposes to build a "massive jurisdiction for accelerating frontier tech" on 500 acres of Alameda Point, a 512-acre former naval base. The project aims to create a new epicenter for Silicon Valley innovation featuring residential housing, commercial space, and startup offices, governed independently by deep tech founders. The development would include 3 million square feet of office space, fully automated residential communities, and a nearly fully robotic labor force for up to 10,000 people.
