FSSAI Project Clean Street Food

under implementation

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India's (FSSAI) Project Clean Street Food is part of the Eat Right India movement aimed at improving food safety, hygiene, and nutrition standards for local street vendors. The project transforms street vendors into "Clean Street Food Hubs" by enhancing hygiene, food safety, and providing social and economic uplift through skills training under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana.
