The project is developed by Fujairah Power Company F3, with ownership shared among Marubeni Corporation, Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), Mubadala, and Hokuriku Electric Power. A 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) was signed with Emirates Water and Electricity Company (EWEC) in February 2020. |
