Full Road Reconstruction of Clark, Pineault, and Bellevue

This project consists of reconstructing the underground and surface infrastructure on Clark, Pineault, and Bellevue Streets in Atholville, New Brunswick. The infrastructure is at the end-of-life, and is in need of rehabilitation to meet safety standards. The scope of work includes replacing 870 metres of water pipes, 760 metres of sewage lines, and 870 metres of storm sewage. The work will also include associated road work necessary to complete the project, such guardrails, asphalt, and gutters. The scope of work includes the closure of three municipal wells (Atholville sector), improvements to sewer pumping station #1 (Val d’Amours street), upgrades to municipal well (Sugarloaf) and improvement and centralization of the municipal water and sewer SCADA system.
