Description | In August 2013, a private local company Beijing Sound Group won a bid to finance, build and operate the Fuqing City No. 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant in Fuqing City, Fujian Province. The total investment was RMB 325.7592 million (US$ 52.58 million) and the capacity of the plant (phase I) was 60,000 tons per day. When construction commenced was not reported, but according to a media article substantial construction had been completed by May 2015. The concession term was unknown. Beijing Sound had a 100% stake in the facilities. |
