Future Sanitary Sewer - Phase 3

Project consists of Sanitary Sewer-Phase 3 on Port Kirwan Road in the town of Fermeuse. The scope of the project includes installation of new sanitary sewer infrastructure on Port Kirwan Road of approximately 300m of 200mm SDR35 PVC sewermain, 3 pre-cast concrete manholes and 8 new sanitary sewer service laterals. Street reinstatement is also included with the work consisting of the removal of approximately 600m2 of existing asphalt, 600m2 asphalt patching, the supply and placement of approximately 144m3 of Class “A” granular base and 292 tonnes of surface course asphalt. The project aims to provide municipal sewer services to the area residents. The project will ensure that the residents have a quality sanitary sewer system and that the effluent from these dwellings is collected and discharge to the Towns existing outfall.
