Description | In January 2014, a local private company Beijing Sound Group was granted an agreement to build and operate the Yingzhou Wastewater Treatment plant in Fuyang City, Anhui Province. The capacity of the first phase was 100,000 tons per day. The total investment was RMB 240 million (US$ 39.09 million), excluding the 30 km connection pipeline. Construction commenced in early 2014 and by June 2014, substantial part had been completed. The project was expected to be operational by the end of 2014. The concession term was 30 years including the construction period. Beijing Sound had a 100% stake in the project. |
