Description | The Environmental Studies Program (ESP) of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is offering a cooperative agreement opportunity to conduct research in topics that serve the public interest of safe and environmentally sound energy and mineral production on the nation's outer continental shelf. This Program Announcement describes the specific project(s) that may be awarded to the universities or eligible groups identified. All awards are premised on receipt of an acceptable proposal. This is not an open solicitation for proposals. This announcement is specifically to announce intent to undertake the following project: "A Demonstration Marine Biodiversity Observation Network (BON) for Ecosystem Monitoring."(University of California-Santa Barbara via the Californian Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit) Application of the CESU Network system-wide indirect cost rate (IDC) is expected. |
