This solicitation is exclusively for those who received a letter from BJA to apply. All guidelines and funding rules are the same as for the originally funded project. Statutory Authority: The RISS Program is authorized by Part M of Title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, Public Law 90-351, Title I, Sec. 1301 (codified at 34 U.S.C. § 10321); Department of Justice Appropriations Act, 2023 (Public Law 117-328; 136 Stat. 4459, 4540)
