The main objectives of the project is to generate a potential fund according to the performance of Galapagos Films in 2020-2021. Over last 2 years, we distributed 11 European films from France, Poland and UK. Despite the fact that the company was established just before the pandemic, we managed to rise the total budget of 59 932,84 EUR. This fund will be reinvested in the acquisition of distribution right, by paying the MG to sales agents od eligible non-national European films as well as promotion, marketing and advertising of those films. Over the period of 2 years we are going to acquire and distribute at least 8-10 eligible films. Our main goal, beside introducing the European films to Polish audience, would be to increase the marketing, promotion and advertising expenses to reach the audience for distributed films and to investigate the possibilities for investing in European co-productions.
