Description | The project involves conducting an optimization study and preparing the architectural design for construction of a new garage designed to hold different types of buses (30, 40 and 60 feet in length), one that can be used to maintain several types of engines. The construction phases will reflect the fact that the entire lot will eventually be used. The parking, traffic, refuelling, storage and bus maintenance areas will be designed to be as efficient as possible. In addition, they may be built in stages, depending on requirements for a given period, without impacting future potential when the building will be completed and will occupy the entire lot. |
