Gasworx Mixed-Use District Development

under construction

Gasworx is a mixed-use development project transforming a long-ignored part of Tampa into a walkable district that connects Ybor City with downtown Tampa. The project includes new homes, offices, retail spaces, and a one-acre park, all built around Ybor's history and walkability. The current phase involves constructing three residential buildings named The Luisa, Olivette, and The Stevedore, along with a park and infrastructure improvements such as new roads, power lines, sewer and stormwater systems.
