General Levalle wind farm

This project involves the construction of General Levalle wind farm, located a 380km south of Cordoba city, Cordoba province, Argentina. The planned capacity of the wind farm is 155MW with 25 V162-6.2 MW EnVentus wind turbines provided from the Spanish company Vestas. The General Levalle wind farm will occupy a 4.360 hectares area. This project will benefit more than 190 thousand homes in the region. The sponsor for this initiative is YPF Energia Electrica company. The total project cost is $260m of which $150m were secured with the emission of two dollar-denominated bonds. The financial close date is 9th of February 2023.
