Description | Adkisson Group is building a 156,641-square-foot, five-building warehouse park on 12 acres at Genoa Red Bluff Road at Beltway 8 in Pasadena. The development includes three buildings ranging from 22,775 to 27,966 square feet, and two larger buildings of 31,220 and 50,217 square feet, all with 32-foot clear heights. The project started construction in June 2025 and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The property was acquired from Clearpoint Baptist Church and Manuel & Son Trucking Inc. The development is bordered by two churches and includes a nearly 2-acre detention pond. SEK Engineering Corp. is the civil engineer, and Colliers’ Robert McGee is marketing the buildings for lease or sale. Two buildings are already under contract with buyers. |
