Gentuk Browns Lake Tungsten Project Acquisition

Almonty Industries Inc. has entered into a binding share purchase transaction to acquire the exclusive rights to explore, develop, and mine the Gentung Browns Lake Tungsten Project located in Beaverhead County, Montana, USA. The project is among the most advanced undeveloped tungsten assets in the U.S. and is positioned for near-term production as early as the second half of 2026. The acquisition includes unpatented tungsten mining claims, existing road access, and infrastructure. Additionally, Almonty agreed to acquire a privately held Montana corporation holding assets such as a plant permit, water rights, and tungsten mining equipment for processing tungsten from the project.
