Gering Qualifizierte im Fokus: Sensibilisierung und Sichtbarkeit von Basisbildung und offenen Lernräumen in Österreich

In the project (“Gering Qualifizierte im Fokus: Sensibilisierung und Sichtbarkeit von Basisbildung und offenen Lernräumen in Österreich”, 2026–2027), the focus will be on disseminating information about the “Level-Up Erwachsenenbildung” programme and raising awareness of the importance of basic education in society. Through targeted public relations activities, the programme’s visibility will be enhanced, and key interfaces, multipliers, and gatekeepers will be involved in order to better reach the target group. Collaboration and networking between all relevant stakeholders will be strengthened, and synergies will be used more effectively. Another main focus is on supporting local learning spaces in order to improve permeability within the education system and facilitate access to higher education. This aims to motivate and reach more people with low qualifications. The visibility of basic education and open learning spaces for people with low qualifications will be increased, and barriers to participation will be reduced. Publications on Erwachsenenbildung.at and EPALE will serve to disseminate information about the project. Regular meetings with other national coordinators will enable the exchange of good practice and project experiences.
