The Covid Module provides for the creation of tools to support local cross-border communities in dealing with health and epidemiological emergencies. The aim is to develop resilient strategies and flexible operational indications for the management of social and health emergencies, including those of a cross-border nature, in order to support local administrations in interfacing with territorial medicine. These strategies will be tested in the Municipality of Como and transferred to the policy / decision makers of the border area. The MAC provides for the construction of a modular mobile unit that is a support point (starting from Como with the possibility of moving on the Varese-Sondrio-Milan axis) for health emergencies in the border area with the following functions: The contents and tools prepared will be included in the programs of specialized training and training courses provided during the GESTISCO project.
