This project is a direct continuation and enhancement of our previous initiative (ID 101121807, ERASMUS-YOUTH-2023-CSC-OG-FPA) maintaining the same title for branding purposes, while expanding and upgrading our activities to better meet the evolving needs of young people. The new activities are designed to strengthen the capacity of youth workers and empower young individuals, ensuring they have the skills and opportunities to engage meaningfully in society. Our partnership spans 11 European countries, covering diverse regions and representing a significant portion of the EU population. This geographic and demographic diversity reflects our commitment to inclusivity and ensures that the voices of young people across Europe are heard and empowered. Aligned with the EU’s 2024–2029 priorities, this project aims to contribute directly to several key areas: promoting youth participation in democratic life, fostering inclusion and diversity and strengthening social fairness. It supports the EU youth strategy by engaging young people in meaningful dialogue, fostering their critical thinking and encouraging them to actively shape their future. Moreover, it aligns with the Erasmus+ priorities, ensuring that youth workers and young people alike gain the skills needed to navigate digital transformation, tackle climate change, and engage in civic participation. A major innovation in this phase is the organization of an in-person meeting to solidify our network, share best practices, and co-create future initiatives. This gathering will enhance cooperation between youth organizations, public authorities, and other key actors, further advancing the EU's goals for a more inclusive and resilient society.
