The total project cost is $150 million (R$862.9 million), with $138m (R$800 million) raised through a debenture issuance by the sponsor in July (R$550m) and in November (R$250m), while the remaining $12 million secured through equity. The debenture offering was coordinated by Itaú BBA, BTG Pactual, XP Investimentos, Votorantim, and Santander.
