The proposed investment is the project financing of a 147 MW greenfield onshore wind power project in Ukraine (the “Project”). The project is undertaken by Wind Power GSI Volyn LLC and Wind Power GSI Volyn 3 LLC, special purpose companies incorporated in Ukraine. The project will sell its generation under a corporate power purchase agreement. The project is expected to be supported by partners of the Economic Resilience Action Program (“ERA Program”) for Ukraine, including the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, acting through the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (UK-FCDO) and the European Commission under the Ukraine Investment Framework (EC-UIF), and the Clean Technology Fund (“CTF”) as described in the Blended Finance Section.
