The project is an innovative housing and support solution, for young people aged 16 - 25 years old  at the Gold Coast, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and who commit to engage in education or training. The project will have a Youth Foyer approach. There three key deliverables for this initiative are: supply or identify appropriate land to construct a purpose-built, supportive housing development at the Gold Coast, with up to 40 units of accommodation, which provides young people with connections to facilities appropriate to their needs. provide specialist homelessness services, targeted at young people 16-25 years old, to deliver high quality support services. Services will be initially contracted for two years after the construction has been completed. provide property and tenancy management services, integrated with the provision of specialist homelessness services.
