Golden Dome Missile Defense Architecture

under construction

Golden Dome is a homeland missile defense architecture designed as a network of advanced sensors and interceptors to protect the United States from ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missile threats. The project includes space-based systems such as airborne moving target indication (AMTI), Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor (HBTSS), and the Space Data Network. It involves multiple Department of Defense organizations and military services, with a command-and-control network developed by a consortium of prime vendors.
