Heliostar Metals Ltd. plans to acquire a 100% interest in the Goldstrike Project located in Utah, USA, from Liberty Gold Corp. The project includes a significant gold deposit with an indicated mineral resource of 975,000 ounces of gold grading 0.46 g/t. The property has historic mining infrastructure including road access, proximity to a population center, and a powerline within eight kilometers. The acquisition involves an initial purchase price of US$10 million in cash plus US$2.5 million in Heliostar shares, with additional milestone payments totaling US$60 million in cash over a maximum of five years. The project has potential for expansion and includes critical mineral potential with antimony mineralization at the Antimony Ridge prospect.
