The project involves the development of a modern, multi-purpose community centre by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) in Gomti Nagar Extension, with an estimated cost of around ₹20 crore (US$2.12 million). Planned on a plot of roughly 2,900 square metres, the facility will be a three-storey structure designed to host a wide range of social, cultural, and recreational activities. It will include a multipurpose hall, landscaped lawn for events, guest rooms and suites, dining and kitchen areas, a gym, yoga centre, indoor games facilities, cafeteria, and a swimming pool, along with basement parking. The project is expected to be executed through a public-private partnership (PPP) model, incorporating sustainable features such as rooftop solar panels, to enhance community engagement and improve the quality of life for residents in this rapidly developing area.
