Description
Description | Graduate by Hilton has officially opened its first hotel in Texas, located in Highland Park, Dallas, directly across from Southern Methodist University (SMU). The 93-room hotel features mid-century modern architecture combined with Texas ranch-style design and includes amenities such as a vibrant lobby lounge, outdoor pool and terrace, flexible event spaces, and a signature Tex-Mex restaurant called Los Charros Tex-Mex Smokehouse. The project involved a thoughtful restoration of the former Lumen Hotel, preserving original architectural elements while incorporating locally inspired design. |
