Description
Description | Graduate by Hilton has officially opened its doors in Dallas, Texas, marking the brand's first hotel in Texas. The hotel is located in Highland Park, directly across from Southern Methodist University (SMU), and features 93 guest rooms, an outdoor pool and terrace, flexible event spaces, and a signature Tex-Mex style restaurant called Los Charros Tex-Mex Smokehouse. The project involved a thoughtful restoration of the former Lumen Hotel, preserving its mid-century modern architecture while incorporating Texas ranch-style design and locally inspired interiors. |
