Graduate Realization and Analysis of Data on Education

The GRADE project is prepared in accordance with the Recommendation of the Council of the European Union on the follow-up of graduates (2017). The proposed activities are aimed at ensuring proper conditions to monitoring the employment of graduates, also in order to assess how well the higher education responds to the requirements of the labor market. The use of data on the employment of graduates will be used for development of active labor market policies to promote better employment for the graduates and provision of quality higher education for all. The main objectives of the project are: - to ensure a reliable database on the professional development of the higher education graduates; - to support the development of a sustainable mechanism for conducting regular surveying. Amongst the envisaged activities are: 1. Conducting of a questionnaire survey; 2. Data analysis; 3. Elaboration of a mechanism for regular surveying; 4. Preparation of a Policy paper. As the project activities are connected with the entire Higher Education system they will directly and indirectly afect more than 300 000 people - policy makers, academic and administrative staff, students, employers and etc. The main result will be a better stuctured approach in the higher education policy based on reliable data and clear link between the learning outcomes and the Labour Market needs. As the most important outputs of the projects are seen the survey results and the elaboration of a mechanism for regular surveying which will be incorporated in the national system at a later stage.
