Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel project in Miami Beach

project awarded

The project involves the construction of the 17-storey, 800-room Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida, USA. The hotel will include 12 floors of rooms and 52 suites overlooking Miami Beach, four floors of conference rooms and ballrooms that will complement the conference center, a resort-style pool deck with panoramic views, a signature restaurant, a lobby lounge and a bar, as well as a limited amount of retail space that energizes the area at street level. The elevated bridge will allow visitors to the event to move freely between the hotel and the convention center.
