Description | The Grande Prairie Design and Purchase of Skate Equipment Project (the Project) includes the design and purchase of skate equipment to accommodate a beginner to intermediate level user engaged in skateboarding or in-line skating. This equipment is extremely heavy and cannot be easily moved. Installation, both inside (winter) and outside (summer), can only be done by the Transportation Department and heavy duty equipment/trucks as the equipment will be fixed in place. This equipment will promote physical activity, recreation and social interactions for children and youth throughout the community. |
