The project aims to preserve the historic landmark while ensuring accessibility for visitors of all abilities. It is funded through a Capital Improvement Program Grant from the Agriculture and New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund, in partnership with Essex County, and includes a $5,000 Challenge Grant from the Cloudsplitter Foundation. |
