Description | The provision of a sovereign loan of up to € 14.7 million to the Kyrgyz Republic in two tranches - Tranche I (committed) of up to € 9.0 million and Tranche II (uncommitted) of up to € 5.7 million. The funds to be on-lent to the Osh city for the benefit of the Osh City Municipal Autotransport Company to finance the modernisation of electric public transport in the city. The project is co-financed by an investment grant of € 8.3 million to be provided in two tranches: Tranche I of up to € 5.0 million from the EBRD Shareholder Special Fund (SSF) and Tranche II of up to € 3.3 million from an international donor or the SSF. |
