GrCF2 W2 E2 - EQR Mersin Wastewater Project II

A senior unsecured loan of up to EUR 45.0 million to Mersin Water and Sewage Administration ("MESKI" or the "Borrower") to finance the rehabilitation, expansion, and construction of six wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) and three deep sea outfalls (DSOs), and the purchase of critical maintenance equipment in the city of Mersin (the "Project"). The loan will be co-financed by a concessional loan of up to EUR 5.0 million from The Clean Technology Fund ("CTF"). The Project is also considered as a trigger investment under the EBRD Green Cities (GrCF2 W2 E2), which will initiate Mersin's inclusion into the programme.
