Description | The Great Basin Expansion Project is a $1.7 billion interstate pipeline development by Southwest Gas, representing the company's largest single investment opportunity. The project received FERC pre-filing approval and completed an oversubscribed supplemental open season in April 2026. It is designed to have a capacity of 1.0 billion cubic feet per day and is expected to generate incremental annual margin of $215 million to $245 million once in service in Q4 2028. Capital deployment is planned over 2026 to 2028, with a 50/50 debt-to-equity funding ratio. |
