Description

The Greater Bengaluru Integrated Township (GBIT) is planned as India’s first and largest AI-powered integrated township. Spread across 8,493 acres near Bidadi, about 30 km from Bengaluru, it is designed as a 'work-live-play' model township and envisioned as Karnataka’s second central business hub. The township will include residential spaces, healthcare, education, cultural facilities, and over 1,100 acres of parks and open spaces, making it one of India’s most sustainable green cities. It will have a dedicated 300-metre-wide business corridor with a 90-metre road for seamless connectivity. The project aims to create lakhs of jobs in IT, AI, start-ups, and service sectors, with skilling centres for workforce training. The project cost is estimated at over ₹20,000 crore and is expected to be completed over the next three years.
