Green EYE 3: experienced IOs dedicated to boost the Smart Green Sector

The Green EYE 3 consortium aims to continue their activities as Intermediairy Organisations to bring Europe’s experienced SMEs into contact with young entrepreneurs. As the consortium have witnessed over the past 4 years, an EYE exchange brings real value to both sides: the new entrepreneur brings new energy and knowledge to the host SME, while greatly benefiting on a personal level from seeing a successful example of entrepreneurship up close. More than often the consortium have witnessed an exchange with co-inspiration ánd concrete business progress on either side as combined outcomes. The consortium holds the conviction that this is of extra value in the Smart Green sector, where technology is often very advanced and requires distinct expertise, and where entrepreneurial risks tend to be high due to a certain unpredictability of the direction of technology development and rapidly changing expectations from society. However, the consortium will create this value for all sectors. The aim is to maximise the impact of EYE for all involved by utilising the recruitment channels established in the previous cycle, offering additional coaching to both new and host entrepreneurs, and by committing long term to every recruited entrepreneur to find the right match. In coherence with the COSME work programme, the objective of the Green EYE 3 consortium is to act as Intermediate Organisations (IOs) for 4 years (2020 - 2024) to help new entrepreneurs from Participating Countries enrich their experience, deepen their knowledge and expand their network by spending periods in enterprises run by experienced entrepreneurs in other Participating Countries. The aim is to: - maximise the learning experience for NEs; - take full commitment towards finding the right match for every recruited entrepreneur in the European Partnership; -maximise the benefit for the HEs; - place special focus on relationship building; - create optimal value for money for the EYE programme.
