Description
Description | The Green EYE consortium aims to utilise the substantial experience of Europe’s SMEs to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of young entrepreneurs into flourishing, international businesses. Starting entrepreneurs are in touch with fresh ideas, new knowledge and advanced technology. However, understanding the critical success factors is critical to turn these into a profitable, sustainable business. In the Green Smart Sector, technology is often very advanced and requires distinct expertise, and entrepreneurial risks tend to be high. The objective of the Green EYE consortium is to act as Intermediate Organisations (IOs) to help new entrepreneurs from Participating Countries enrich their experience, deepen their knowledge and expand their network by spending periods in enterprises run by experienced entrepreneurs in other Participating Countries by: - Reaching an est. number of 30 000 potential entrepreneurs with promotion and recruitment activities. Participants from all sectors will be able to make use of the services offered by Green EYE, but in order to increase the effectiveness of their efforts, the consortium will focus on the smart green sector from the consortium’s own considerable network in this area. - Building relationships on the principle of realising actual added value for involved entrepreneurs. The consortium expects that recruiting HEs will take the most effort. By means of proactive contact, the NE profiles are enriched to convey to potential HEs what added value the NE has to offer. Goal: at least 124 entrepreneurs. - Managing relationships by offering high quality support services to help the entrepreneurs to build long-term relationships and to tackle all entrepreneurial barriers on the basis of the consortium’s extensive experience, both during and after the exchange. - Running a strict management, networking and reporting regime to provide for value for money and to guarantee a high quality of the end result. |
